“Protecting the House of Prayer”

"He knocked over the tables of the money changers...He said, 'The

Scriptures declare, 'My Temple will be called a place of prayer,' but you have turned it into a den of thieves!'"       

                   Matthew 21:12-13

Jesus spoke harsh words to the money changers he saw in the Temple.  It wasn't the fact that they worked with money that made Jesus so angry -- it was how they used it and where.  It is undeniable that hte church is just as susceptible to money problems as anybody.  It is also well-known that greedy Christians have contributed to a bad reputation in the world.  We want to protect Shechinah from those mistakes.

The Money Changers would also like to grow our ministry to a place where we can help those who are enslaved to spending, money, and debt.  Jesus taught about the subject of money and material possessions more than any other topic of teaching.   The way we deal with money is serious business and we want to be set free from financial slavery
