HIZ KIDZ is family-based.
HIZ KIDZ is designed
to help connect children with their families, to grow in the Biblical
way that God intended.
“These commandments that I give
to you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them upon your
children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you
walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.” Deuteronomy 6:6-9
We desire to surround the children Shechinah with mature Christian adults who will “adopt” these children and commit
to developing honest and authentic relationships that will last for
their adolescence and beyond.
“Train up a child in the way he
should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
MINISTRY TEAM NEEDS:
· Mature adults who are willing to sacrifice time to “adopt” a child with goals of developing lifelong relationships.
· Parents who are ready and willing to be Deuteronomy 6:6-9 parents and teach others to do the same.
