Pillars of Shechinah

We value our roots.  We want to know the story of our past.  We want to know what lessons have been learned in history, so we can do our best to not relearn what we should already know from the mistakes of others.  This leads us to some necessary observations:

 

We believe the Bible to be God's sacred, holy, and inspired Word.  We value it's ancient record.

 

We notice that we are never the first.  There is always somebody who has come before us -- always somebody who has shared our pain.  There is always somebody who has shared our passion for God.  Not only are we never the first, but we would not be here if that were not true.  We stand on the shoulders of those who have come before us.  We honor the saints and the legacy they've left in their wake.
